This is just excellent. Such warmth in the tones and textures. I've never heard of a heat gun. I wonder what would be your supplies-suggestions for a "non-artist" just starting out on this inchie adventure. I have mostly just used a regular pencil. Sometimes, coloured pencils and a bit of pen.
On this particular inchie I used mostly paint. Acrylic paint I discovered will bubble up a bit when a heat gun is used. This was an accidental texture as I was trying to make the paint dry faster. But that is what is fun about art - all the lovely accidents! This especially true when working in mixed media collage which is what I usually work with. Thanks for your comment :)
